HAYES, Patrick (Paddy), January 3, 2018, (Cherryfield Avenue, Walkinstown and formerly of ESB Drawing Office), (peacefully) after a short illness, borne with great dignity, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of Tallaght Hospital; devoted husband of 63 years to Joan, beloved father of Eileen, Kieron, Patrick, Rachel, Niall and the late Joan, special grandad to Kevin and loving great-grandad of the late Jamie. Sadly missed by his loving wife, children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his adored 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers, extended family and friends. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village tomorrow (Friday) from 10am to 7.30pm with family in attendance from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday afternoon at 1.30pm in St. Agnes's Church, Crumlin Village and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the National Council for the Blind in Ireland.
