COLLINS Patrick (Midleton and Portmarnock) - On Paddy's First Anniversary (February 8), we, his family, would like to thank all those who cared for him during his illness and supported us throughout this year. Deeply missed by his wife Maura, daughters Niamh and Orlagh, son-in-law Alan, grandchildren Alfie and Mabel and siblings Tony, Mairead, Mona, Kevin and Deirdre. Pre-deceased by his brothers, Gerry and Teddy and sister, Kathleen. We will be forever grateful for the touching expressions of sympathy and the incredible kindness of friends, neighbours, golf buddies in Beaverstown and colleagues in the RCSI. Special thanks to the wonderful staff in Beaumont Hospital, Fr. Gary Darby from Portmarnock, Staffords Funeral Home and Enchiriadis Choir. Your support is deeply appreciated. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our gratitude.
