JOHNSTONE - Thomas (July 13, 2021). Major Tom Johnstone, soldier and author of Orange, Green and Khaki; the Story of the Irish Regiments in the Great War 1914-1918, died peacefully in his sleep in Melbourne, Australia aged 93.
