Lovingly remembered by his children Helen, John and Emily, twin-brother Charlie, brother David and sisters Cecily and Louisa, sister-in-law Trilly, brothers-in-law Andrew and Tim, son-in-law Tony, daughter-in-law Joanna, grand children Ben, David and Zofia, nieces and nephews, associates and colleagues, including at St Patrick's Hospital, good friend Richard and Bill's many special friends.
