DORAN, Paul (Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada and formerly of Blackrock, Co. Dublin) October 8, 2022 – (peacefully) following a short illness. Beloved husband of Suzanne and loving father of Simon and Ryan. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, grandchildren, brother and sisters David, Jackie, Alison, Avril and Deirdre, extended family and friends. Funeral has taken place in Canada.

We just arrived in NOTL and were hoping to have lunch or drinks with Paul and Suzanne, as was our usual custom. When I didn't hear back from Paul I began to worry. We are so very, very sad to hear of his passing, and send our love to you, Suzanne.

I had many fun laughs with Paul . We had a good banter with me being from the North Of Ireland. I miss our chats on his porch. You will be greatly missed.

Paul was my newest friend since I moved to NOTL. I will always miss him. I never thought that my last visit to the hospital on October 7th would be the last time I would see Paul. I am glad I told him REMEMBER THAT WE LOVE YOU. R.I.P. my gentle Irish giant of a friend. I miss you.
