JACKSON Tom (Killiney, Co. Dublin) - December 31, 2012 (peacefully), in the tender care of all the staff of Tallaght Hospital; dearest and loving husband of Meg, beloved father of Tom, Charles, Harvey and Heidi, dear grandfather of Luke, Thea, Anusha, Ben, Toby, Hugo, Ana and baby Tom; sadly missed by his sister Sally, brother Fred, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, relatives and friends. Cremation private. Thanksgiving Service for the life of Tom on Monday January 7th at 12 o'clock, in Holy Trinity Church, Killiney. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Tom to the Adelaide Hospital Society, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
