TELJEUR Jacques (Monkstown, Co. Dublin and formerly of Rotterdam) - September 17, 2012. (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff at St. Colmcille's Hospital, Loughlinstown. Survived by Gerda, their sons Kevin and Conor, his sisters, daughters-in-law, grandchildren Michael, Dónal and Sonia, extended Teljeur and Kramer families in Holland and friends. Funeral Ceremony will be held in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, D6W on Friday afternoon (September 21) at 2.00pm. No flowers please.
