MEHIGAN - Joan (née Slowey) (First anniversary) - As we mark her First Anniversary Joan’s family, Mary, Geraldine, Bernadette and Pearse, her sister Brenda Hourihane, her daughters-in-law and son-in-law, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, remember her with great love. We would like to acknowledge the kindness, love and support we received from so many people when Mum died. The many floral tributes, cards, texts and Mass cards which we received from so many relatives, friends and neighbours reflected how much she meant to so many. We were very touched by the numbers who stood with us outside the church at her very restricted funeral. Our sincere thanks to Rev Kieran O’Mahoney who helped us to create a funeral fitting for Mum, to Paul Byrom for his kindness and readiness to sing at her Mass and to Fanagans for their professional and personal service. We thank everyone who supported us at that time and in so many ways in the weeks that followed. It was very much appreciated.
