BARNES, Dr. Betty (née Allday) Ballyboden, Dublin 16 and formerly of Surrey, England - 17th June 2022. Peacefully in the company of her loving family in the tender care of the doctors and nurses at Tallaght University Hospital. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Joseph. Sadly missed and deeply regretted by her children Mary, Lindy, Jane, Nuala, Matthew, Sarah and Jerry, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nineteen cherished grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, her sister Tricia, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. May her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace. Betty will repose at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham tomorrow (Tuesday) from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place in the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Ballyboden at 10:30am on Wednesday (22nd June) followed by burial at Templeogue Cemetery.
