SMITH, Patrick K., ( Kells, Co. Meath and Ashford, Co. Wicklow, late of Cabinteely), July 1, 2018; adored husband and father to Kay and Kieran. Brother to Anthony and Patricia, after a brave struggle with cancer at home. The family would like to thank Prof. John Crowne and Prof. Guiseppe Gullo and all the wonderful nurses and staff at St. Anne's Day Care Centre and St. Anne's Ward on the sixth floor. Funeral Service tomorrow (Thursday) at 3pm in Mount Jerome Victorian Chapel, Harold's Cross. No flowers please. Donations to St. Vincent's University Hospital Oncology Department. Sine qua non et semper ubi sub ubi.
