O'KEEFFE, John Declan (Professor of Civil Engineering, University College Galway) - 28 January 2023. Much loved husband of Angela, father of Úna, Síle (deceased), Dónall and Róisín, father-in-law of Daniela, grandfather of Doireann, Smaranda, Petra, Ioan and Martha and great-grandfather of Morrigan. Sadly missed by his family, his sister Deirdre, nephew Shane, nieces Cara and Clare and their families. Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91V1K8) on Wednesday 1st February from 10:30 a.m. followed by a celebration of Declan’s life at 11:30 a.m. Interment afterwards in Rahoon Cemetery.
