McFARLAND, Gilbert Noel (Rathfarnham, D.16) - August 16, 2019. Peacefully, after a short illness, in the care of staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Beloved husband of Christine and loving father of Nicola, Alexandra (Billy), Kirsty and Lynsay. Sadly missed by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law Simon, Jeff, Maghnus and Keith, grandchildren Charlotte, Michael and Marian, brother Alexander, sisters Barbara (McGuinness), Audrey (Mullins), Carol and Pauline, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends. A Ceremony to celebrate Gilbert’s life will take place this (Monday) afternoon at 3pm in The Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D. 6w. No flowers, please.
