NEWCOMBE Kenneth (Greystones, Co. Wicklow) - December 18, 2013, (peacefully), in his 90th year, in the excellent care of St. Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin, dearly loved husband of the late Margaret (née Boylan), loved and loving father of Helen, Yvonne, Ruth, Kenneth, Owen, Leon and Ann, father-in-law of Hilary and Elsie; he will be sadly missed by his loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousin Norman and by his extended family and friends. Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray. Removal tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 9.45am to St. Kilian's Church, Blacklion, Greystones arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.30am followed by burial in Redford Cemetery, Blacklion, Greystones. Family flowers only please."May he rest in peace"
NEWCOMBE Kenneth (Greystones). On this, his First Anniversary, the family of the late Ken Newcombe wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us in the loss of our father: all who attended the funeral, who sent letters, Mass cards and sympathy cards. It was a great comfort to us to have so many of Ken's friends and neighbours, old and new, join us in saying farewell to him. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
