MacCARTHY, Carl, (peacefully) on August 14, 2017, aged 86. Much loved and missed by his wife Britta, children Conor, Ralph and Siobhan, son-in-law Jonny and granddaughters Evelyn and Alexa. Funeral will be at Putney Vale Cemetery (West Chapel), London on Friday, August 25 at 10.40am, followed by a reception at Cannizaro House, West Side Common, Wimbledon. No flowers please.
