O'SULLIVAN Dr. Stephen (Old Dunleary, and formerly of Wexford) April 22, 2017 in the exceptional care of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, beloved son of the late John and Emily, and brother of Kay and Aidan, and Sean (recently deceased). Sadly missed by his loving sister, brother, niece Emily, nephews Bill and Jim, sister-in-law Esther, grandnephews, extended family and many good friends. As per the wish of Stephen's family his Funeral has taken place privately. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross.
