GILLMAN, (“Duhallow”, Cooperhill, Carlow) January 17, 2019 (peacefully) in the loving care of Signature Care, Killerig. Paddy, aged 100 years. Retired teacher, St. Mary’s College, Knockbeg and former president ASTI. Formerly of Curraduff, Newmarket, Co. Cork. Treasured husband of the late Maura and much loved father of Marie, Dick and Michael. Predeceased by his granddaughter Kate, brothers Con, Jack and Stephen and sister Josephine. Sadly missed by his daughter, sons, son-in-law William, daughters-in-law Stephanie and Marie, sister Mary, grandchildren Elaine, Eimear, Stephen, Patrick, Jack, David, Conor and Sarah, great-grandchildren Sam and Isabelle, sister-in-law Phyllis, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends R.I.P. Reposing at his home (Eircode R93 D7W3) from 4pm today (Saturday) concluding with prayers at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Sunday) at 1pm in St. Clare’s Church Graiguecullen. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery. House private on Sunday morning. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to St. Fiacc’s House, Carlow.
