HAWKES - Nora, (née Duggan) (Kilbeha Mhuire, Askeaton, Co Limerick and formerly of
Cahir, Louisburgh, Co Mayo) - April 10, 2021, (peacefully) at St John’s
Hospital, Limerick following a short illness. Nora, pre-deceased by her
husband Denis, sisters Mary and Breege, brothers Tommy and John, son-in-law
Michael and daughter-in-law Nancy. Loving mother of Billy, Noel, Martin,
Mary and Anita and mother-in-law to Teresa, William, Roisin and Joe. Nora
will be deeply missed by her grand-children Diarmuid, Roisin, Caoimhe,
Denise, Bill, Ciaran, Gráinne, Liam, Colm and Brian, by her sisters Anne
and Kay, her brother Martin and by her extended family, neighbours and
friends. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis. Donations to Rosminian Order
for her education project in Lusutho, Tanzania where she’s fondly
remembered as ‘Mama Nora’. Funeral has already taken place but can be

HAWKES - Nora (died April 10, 2021). On her First Anniversary, Nora’s
family wish to thank the extended family, neighbours and friends for being with them to mark Nora’s passing by attending the Mass (remotely) and burial and for their Mass cards and messages. Your kindness and support is
greatly appreciated. A Mass has been offered for your intentions. First Anniversary Mass in St. James’ Parish Church, Cappagh, Co. Limerick on Saturday, April 9, at 6.00pm.
