STRACHAN, Irene (nee Borland) (Templeogue, Dublin ) - April 12, 2013. Peacefully in the tender care of all the staff of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross. Beloved wife and best friend of George, loving mother of George, Elizabeth, Aileen and the late Neil; mother-in-law of Billy, Owen and Eva, adored Granny of Sarah, Ian, Amy, Fraser, Rebecca, Allan, Colin and Cameron. Sister of Betty and the late Emily, loving aunt to Bobby, Alan and their families and a good friend to so many. Funeral Service at 11.00 o'clock on Wednesday (April 17) in Christ Church, Rathgar, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family Flowers only, donations (if desired) to Our Lady's Hospice.
