Kilroy, Max, Rosses Point, Co. Sligo and formerly of Sligo A.I. Station, July 27th 2021 peacefully surrounded by his family, in the loving and dedicated care of the staff at Nazareth Nursing Home, Sligo. Predeceased by his brothers Billy and Tony. Very much loved husband and friend of his darling wife Margo and much loved father of Sheelin (Durham), Carl (Sligo) and Síobhan (Dublin). He will be sadly missed by his sister Jean, brother-in-law Tom, daughter-in-law Fiona, grandchildren Rhys, Caleb, Eoghan and Niamh, greatgrandson Noah Kilroy, granddaughter-in-law Fiona and all his family, neighbours and many friends. Reposing from 7.00pm to 8.30pm today Friday July 30th in Seán Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo for family and close friends. Funeral Service will take place at 2.00pm on Saturday July 31st in Saint John’s Church of Ireland Cathedral, John Street, Sligo. Funeral Service will be livestreamed at www.studiorove.ie/mkilroy. Burial follows in Saint Anne’s Church of Ireland, Knocknarea Churchyard, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Family home private please. Covid19 restrictions apply and numbers limited to 50 at all times. Family Flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Nazareth Nursing Home Patient Comfort Fund at feehilys.ie/pay Condolence messages for the family can be left on rip.ie, in private at feehilys.ie or by traditional manner.
