PHELAN, (née O'Brien), August 17, 2017, (peacefully) in the tender care of the staff at Millbrook Manor nursing home Saggart, (late of Rathfarnham). Frances, beloved wife of the late James and loving mother to Thelma, Alison, Pauric, and Niall. Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, grandchildren Lauren, Kyna, Caitlin, Aidan, Luka, Ella, Brielle, Miley, James, brother Brendan, sisters Kathleen and Carmel, daughters-in-law Paula and Melissa, sons-in-law Fergus and Maurice. May she Rest In Peace. Removal on Tuesday morning to the Annunciation Church Rathfarnham arriving for 10am Mass. Funeral afterwards to Bohernabreena cemetery.
