CLARKE, (née Irvine) Eleanor Patricia (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and Rosslare, Co. Wexford) September 1st 2024. Peacefully, after a short illness, in the tender care of the staff at the Beacon Hospital. Deeply missed by her husband John, children Linda and Brian, daughter-in-law Jill, grandson Theo, her beloved brothers Henry and Michael, their families and her many, many friends. Funeral Service at 11.30am tomorrow (Wednesday) in All Saint’s Church, Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock. Her Wexford friends are invited to her Committal Service the following day, on Thursday, September 5th at 1pm in Crosstown (St. Ibar’s) Cemetery, Co. Wexford. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired online only to Blackrock Hospice at www.olh.ie

Very sorry to hear of Eleanor’s death. I first met her in Kilternan Golf Club. She was a kind, friendly person. I just bumped into her recently. Condolences to John and all the family. May she rest in peace. Sighle Sweeney
