CAREW, Robin (Rob) (Blackrock and formerly of Rathmines, Dublin 6) - June 30, 2014, (peacefully), surrounded by his loving family, after a short illness bravely borne with great courage and dignity, in the wonderful care of the staff at the Blackrock Hospice. Beloved eldest son of Maria and Michael, loving brother of Simon, Nicola and Geoffrey, uncle to Ella and Louis; sadly missed by his extended family and close friends. Reposing this (Wednesday) afternoon from 2pm-4pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, 19 The Crescent, Monkstown. Funeral to take place privately. No flowers please. Donations if desired to Blackrock Hospice.'Till we meet again'

Went to School at Saint Michael's in Dublin with Robin in the 1960's Ran into his nephew who was working at the Bridge Pub in Ballsbridge in December 2024. Time goes quickly!
