O'FARRELL - On the First Anniversary of Liam O’Farrell, his wife Mary, son Liam, daughters Brid and Sarah, along with his brothers and sisters, would like to thank everyone who attended Liam’s reposing and Funeral Mass. Those who travelled long distances to be with us, those who sent Mass cards, letters, offered support and consolation. To those who called to the house and brought food, the family was overwhelmed by the compassion shown to us in our time of grief. Sincere thanks to Sallins GAA for the guard of honour, to Paul Reilly, Funeral Director, for his professionalism, to Father Alex for his empathy, to the Gardaí for their humanity and kindness, and to Johnny Peters for his beautiful rendition of Boolavogue at the graveside. As it would be impossible to thank everyone personally, a Mass will be offered for all.
