RAFTERY, C.S.Sp., Rev. Tom, (Late of Kimmage Manor, Terenure, Dublin, 12 and late of Courtown, Co. Wexford. Missionary in Ireland, Ghana and Sierra Leone). Died peacefully on Monday 17th June 2024, in the wonderful care of Nazareth House Nursing Home. Son of the late Helena (née Kelly) and Edward William Raftery. Pre-deceased by his siblings Seán, Maureen and Éamonn. Deeply regretted by his sister Bernadette, nieces, nephews, grand-niece, grand-nephews, extended family, friends, and his fellow Spiritans. May he rest in peace. Mass will take place in the Holy Spirit Parish Church, Kimmage Manor (D12 WP44) at 11am on Thursday 20th June and may be viewed through the parish web-cam https://mcn.live/camera/holy-spirit-parish-church-kimmage. Followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery at 1.30pm.
