WILKINSON - June (née Forrest) (Ambleside, Rathmore, Athboy, Co. Meath) May 24, 2023, following a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by her devoted family and in the exceptional care of the staff of the Mater Private ICU. Beloved wife and best friend of Clarendon, wonderful and loving mother and mother-in-law to Garrett and Janice. Treasured granny of Esmée, Alice, Emelia and Arlo. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. Remembered with love by her brothers Robert, Very Revd. Leslie, Kenneth, Hugh and her late siblings Andrew and Edith; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of relatives, friends and neighbours. Reposing at her home today (Friday) from 3.00pm to 7.00pm. House private at all other times please. Funeral leaving her residence tomorrow (Saturday) at 1.30pm for funeral service at 2.00pm in St James’ Church of Ireland, Athboy, followed by burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if so desired to Child Vision Ireland and St James’ Church of Ireland Restoration Fund c/o William Foster, Funeral Director, Ricehill, Crossdoney, Cavan.
