MULDOWNEY, Peggy (née Phelan) (Ballsbridge, Dublin and formerly of Kilkenny) -December 10, 2020 (peacefully), at home with her beloved family after a long illness worn lightly and with her characteristic grace. Deeply regretted by Frank, her husband of sixty-five years, her eight children Peter, William, Maeve, Margaret, Hilary, James, Kathy and Fleur, her sons and daughters in law who loved her so much, her twenty grandchildren whom she cherished, and her most recent and happy blessing, her great grand-daughter Daisy Kate. Her calm and wise counsel will be missed by many, particularly her treasured siblings Ellen, Hendy, Breda and Bill, and her wide circle of friends. In keeping with Government guidelines, a private funeral will take place today Monday (December 14th) at 11.30am.
