(Delaney) - January 10, 2021 An tAthair Connla, aged 90, late of Cill Rónáin, Inismór, Áran, died peacefully in the professional and compassionate care of the dedicated staff of Cherryfield Lodge Nursing Home, Milltown Park, Dublin 6. Connla was predeceased by his sisters Eileen and Nuala, and by his brother Ciarán. Sadly missed by his loving sisters Niamh, Mairéad, Eithne, and Úna (California), by his many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, by his many friends and his Jesuit brothers. A private funeral Mass will be celebrated in Gardiner Street Jesuit Parish Church, Dublin, (family only) at 11.00am on Wednesday 13 January, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
