HEGARTY, John (Washington, D.C.) August 16, 2013. Peacefully at his home, dearly loved husband of Daniele and loving father of Catherine and Eleanor, beloved eldest son of Sean and Sheila, Sandymount and dear brother of Mary (Begley), George and Matthew. Deeply regretted by his relatives and by his extended family in Ireland and Luxembourg. Funeral in Holy Trinity Church, Georgetown, Washington in early September. John's Month's Mind Mass for his relatives and friends in Ireland will be celebrated in Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount on Saturday, September 21 at 12 noon.
