THORP - (Ringsend, Dublin) (Formerly of The Irish Times) – July 26th, 2021 (peacefully), at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. After a very short illness borne with great courage, strength, and dignity. Predeceased by his wife Geraldine (née O’Brien). Terence, beloved father of Jeff, Caoimhe and Conor. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving brothers, sister, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, son-in-law Trevor, nephews, nieces, grandchildren Cian, Ella and Harry, relatives, neighbours and friends. May He Rest in Peace. In line with Government and HSE advice regarding funeral gatherings, a private funeral (limited to 50 people) will take place on Thursday morning (July 29th) at 10am. Following the funeral Mass Terence’s funeral cortege will proceed to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross for a private Cremation service.
