O'KEEFFE, Peter (Rathmichael, Co. Dublin) February 25, 2019 – (unexpectedly) at Fort Myers, Florida. Much loved, devoted husband of Joan. Loved and desperately missed by his sons Rory and John Peter, daughter Dara, son-in-law Ian, his three granddaughters Lily, Grace and Scarlett, his brother Paddy, brother and sisters-in-law, extended family and his many friends in Ireland, Fort Myers and all over the world. Lying in repose at his home (Rathmichael, Co. Dublin) on Sunday afternoon from 4pm to 6pm. Cremation Service on Monday afternoon at 3pm at the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, 158 Harold’s Cross Road, Dublin 6W. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu of flowers if desired, to Peter McVerry Trust, 29 Mountjoy Square, Dublin 1 or www.pmvtrust.ie.

Saddened to read of Peters death, my sincere condolences to Joan and family, abiding memory of Peter for me, his infectious laugh back many years ago. Rest in peace Peter

Sonia Appelbe So sorry Joan to learn this about Peter. He was with me about 4 days before leaving for his beloved Florida. He as always was in top form. What a terrible shock for you all. God Bless and deepest sympathy.
