Cúis mhór bróin a bás dá deirfiur Aelmuire agus dá deartháireacha Rónán, Maelíosa, Éanna agus Ciarán, a deartháir céile Jim, a deirfiúracha céile Maria, Colette, Edel agus Fiona, a neachtanna, nianna agus garnia, aintíní Una, Carmel agus Sheila, colceathracha agus a muintir uilig, comharsana agus cairde. Reposing at O’ Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue today (Thursday) from 5.00PM to 7.00PM Arriving at Galway Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon tomorrow (Friday) Funeral after Mass to Rahoon Cemetery. House strictly private at all times. Family flowers only by request. Donations, if desired to Galway Hospice. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Eimear! Both of my children started primary school in her class over thirty years ago. She was so kind and reassuring and indeed so helpful in every way. Every time I met her over the following years, she always remembered them and would enquire about them. She will be greatly missed! May her gentle soul rest in peace!
