O'DWYER (née Patton) (Clonsilla) - May 19, 2012, peacefully in the loving care of the staff in St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, Jacqueline (Jackie). Beloved wife of the late Martin Thomas. Deeply regretted by her daughter Anne, family and friends. A special word of thanks to the palliative care team in James Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Removal tomorrow (Tuesday) morning from Stafford's Funeral Home, North Strand to Glasnevin Crematorium arriving for 12 noon. No flowers please. Donations in lieu to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny or Cancer Research.
