GOWEN (Dr. John F.) (died November 2, 2005) - His wife (Dr.) Margaret, children and grand-children would like to extend their sincere and warmest thanks to Fr. Tobias Bluitt, Rev. Andrew Mc Croskery and to all those who attended his Memorial Service in the Church of the Holy Family, Youghal and gathered with the family on Saturday, November 5th. Sincere thanks also to so many friends, former patients and distant family members who sent Mass Cards, cards of sympathy and condolence, and to those who sent flowers or donations. In particular, the family would like to thank the wonderful people who cared for him so kindly in his final weeks in the Bons Secours Hospital Cork and 'at home' in the Community Hospital, Youghal.
