STAPLETON, Eileen (formerly of Parnell Street, Thurles) - January 21, 2016, peacefully in her hundredth year, in the long and devoted care of the matron and staff of St. Theresa's Nursing Home, Thurles. Eldest daughter of the late Laurence and Bridget Stapleton. Pre-deceased by her sister Margaret (Sr. Francis), her brothers Tom and Jim and her sister-in-law Kathleen. Deeply regretted by her sister-in-law Kitty, her nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Private funeral has taken place.May she Rest in Peace.
