STRECKER, Charles (Charlie), Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, died October 4, 2017 - Claire, Amy, Jenny with all our family would like to thank most sincerely everyone who supported us during the weeks before and after the untimely death of Charlie. Our thanks to all those who attended the funeral home, Mass and cremation, extended family, friends, neighbours and former colleagues and friends from the Insurance Industry. To those who wrote such heartfelt letters, cards and sent flowers and Mass cards we are extremely appreciative. A special thanks to Fr. Brian O'Reilly of the Church of St. Therese, Mount Merrion for making Charlie's Requiem Mass so meaningful. Thanks to Dr. Jennifer Westrup and all the doctors, nurses and staff at the Beacon Hospital who cared for Charlie during his illness. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our appreciation and gratitude. Your love, support and kindness have meant so much to all of us during this sad time.Rest in peace Charlie

I'm so sorry to hear of this. I was a good friend of Charlie, way back. He thought me taxidermy, and helped me rear a good working dog.
