HIGGINS Cecil (Killiney, Co. Dublin and formerly of Windsor, England) - October 27, 2011 (peacefully) at Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross; beloved father of Joanne and the late Craig and loving brother of Violet, Paula and Tony. Sadly missed by his loving sisters, brother, daughter, granddaughter Lucy, son-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. <p>Cecil Higgins my Uncle</p> <p>This is very sad news. My Uncle Cecil was a character who loved life and was hugely generous to all. My Dad adored him and I am very sad for my lovely Auntie Violet in particular who I know adored him too. I have no doubt that she is devastated and I send her my love. Of course his immediate family will be very hurt too and I send my prayers and thoughts to them.I know if he were still here my Dad would be broken by this so I hope they have some good laughs together in heaven.</p>
