COUGHLAN, David (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and Seapoint R.F.C), August 28 2016. At St. Vincent's University Hospital after a long illness bravely fought. Sadly missed by his beloved wife Sue, son John, daughter Grace, grandson Luca, mother Helen, brother Mark, sister Jane, nieces Rachael and Helen, nephew Andrew, a wide circle of friends and relatives. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing this (Tuesday) afternoon from 4.30pm-6.30pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at 11am in the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue followed by Cremation at Mt. Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society (www.cancer.ie).

COUGHLAN, David (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and Seapoint R.F.C) - On the First Anniversary of our beloved David, the family would like to thank everyone for their kind and heartfelt messages, cards and letters, from home and abroad. Also neighbours, Seapoint Rugby Club, The Leinster Branch, The IRFU, Briody Bedding, the management and staff of Twomeys SuperValu Deansgrange and Dave's wide circle of friends for their continued support over the very difficult first year. They would also like to thank John Ryan and all the staff at St. Vincent's University Hospital. The Priests of The Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue and our very dear friend Fr. Hugh Hanlon, Letterkenny, Donegal for the beautiful funeral Mass and all his support. A Mass has been offered for everyone's intentions.Always Loved, Never Forgotten, Forever Missed.
