McNALLY Jim (Donnybrook) August 4, 2019 - On this First Anniversary of Jim's untimely death, his sister Shevaun and brother Diarmad wish to express our sincere appreciation to all those who supported us following our very sad loss. Thank you to those who joined with us in celebrating Jim's full and interesting life at his very individual Ceremony of Farewell service in Mount Jerome. With very special thanks to his great pal Brendan McManus, who spoke so personally about Jim, and to our cousin, Róisín O'Meachair, for her wonderful support during a difficult time. We deeply appreciate the great kindness shown to us by Jim's wonderful neighbours and are thankful to his friends from Bective and Mount Pleasant Tennis Clubs and Railway Union Cricket Club for sharing their stories of Jim with us. We appreciated every call, visit and expression of sympathy received and especially the reconnection with his childhood and school friends and hearing stories from the early days. We very much appreciate our families and our friends for being there for us during the year. Jim is greatly missed, but lives on in some wonderful memories. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our appreciation.
