MORTON, (Johnstown, Co. Kildare) - The wife and family of the late Michael Morton wish to express their sincere gratitude to all those who supported them at the time of Michaels passing. We wish to thank our relatives, neighbours and friends, Michael's friends and colleagues retired and serving in An Garda Siochana for their continued support to the family. To all those who travelled near and far to the family home, attended the funeral ceremony, signed books of condolence, for the Mass cards, letters of support and generous donations to the Irish Cancer Society it is greatly appreciated. We wish to acknowledge the contribution of the clergy, musicians and An Garda Siochana who made Michael's final journey very special and memorable for his family. We wish to thank George Mullins funeral director and his staff for their great professional service. To the staff and pupils at Holy Family Community School Rathcoole we thank you for your attendance and continued support. We take this opportunity to thank the staff of the Beacon Hospital for their care of Michael during his illness. To the nurses of the Kildare West Wicklow home care and our local medical centre, we thank you for your support in helping us have Michael at home for his final days.
