CREEDON Dr. Con (Demesne, Dunmanway, Co. Cork) - On the first anniversary of Con's death (January 5, 2011), Freda, her sons and daughters, grandchildren and in-laws, and Con's brothers and sisters would like to thank everyone for their sympathies during the past year. Thank you to our extended family, friends, neighbours and colleagues and Con's colleagues and patients for their on-going friendship and support. We would also like to express our appreciation for the care and kindness shown by the doctors, nurses and staff at the Rehabilitation Unit in Bantry General Hospital, at the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork and at Connolly Memorial Hospital, Blanchardstown, in particular Professor Tom Walsh and Dr. Andrew Tierney. Thank you to the public health nurses, physiotherapists, the Southdoc team and all those who cared for him at home, most especially Dr. Tom O'Donnell. We are very grateful to Richard O'Neill, funeral director, for his professionalism and kindness. A Novena of Masses will be offered for your intentions.
