GREENE, Michael (Howth Co. Dublin and formerly of Griffith Avenue) on October 17, 2022 peacefully at home, after a long illness. Beloved husband (of 54 years) of Marie and loving father of Julie, Kenneth, David and the late Peter. Sadly missed by his loving family, brother Fel, sisters Biddy and Gertie, son in law T J, daughter in law Davinia, grandchildren Dára, Oscar, Gemima and Eliza, extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing at home today (Wednesday) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) morning to St. Fintan’s Church, Sutton for Requiem Mass at 10.00am followed by funeral to Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired to C R Y or St. Francis Hospice Raheny. Michael’s funeral Mass may be viewed on the St. Fintan’s Church webcam. Rest in Peace.

GREENE - We loving remember Michael Greene who passed away in his sleep on the October 17 2022. Sadly missed by his wife Marie, daughter Julie, sons Kenneth and David, son-in-law TJ, daughter-in-law Davina, grandchildren Dara, Oscar, Gemmia and Eliza, by his sisters, brother and extended family and friends.

At this time we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many people who cared for Michael during his illness. A special word of thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Blackrock Clinic Dublin. The team of carers from Homestead who supported him at home and the staff of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.

To all those who attended Michael’s funeral, to Fr. Liam Lacey who presided over the Mass, to people who sent cards, flowers and words of comfort and support to his family at what was a very difficult time We thank you all.
