RICE -
George, Clahane, Ballyard and formerly Oakview and Ballymullen, Tralee, Co. Kerry, died peacefully on 6th April 2026, surrounded by his heartbroken family, beloved husband of Kathleen and cherished father of John, Nóra, Tom and the late George. Sadly missed by his loving grandchildren, son-in-law Maurice, daughters-in-law Terri, Helene & Mairead, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends. Funeral arriving to St. Johns Church, Tralee on Thursday morning (9th April) at 9.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for George will be celebrated at 10.00 a.m. (streamed on www.stjohns.ie). Interment afterwards in Rath Cemetery, Tralee.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to The Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K., or care of The Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee.
