BLAIR, (née Byrne) Frances (Fanny) (Monkstown, Co. Dublin and former Lady Captain of Woodbrook Golf Club) June 1, 2020. Peacefully in St. Vincent's University Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Fionnán and sister of the late Brendan, Maureen, Sheila and Una. Sadly missed by her brothers Tommy and Eddie, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family and friends. May she rest in peace. In accordance with government guidelines, a private funeral service will take place. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to recent restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message in the ‘Condolences Section’ on www.irishtimes.com
