McGRANAGHAN Brother Benedict (Gerald), Marist Brothers, (Ballina, Co. Mayo and late of Raphoe, Co. Donegal, Castlerea and Strokestown, Co. Roscommon. September 25, 2015. Peacefully in the excellent care of the Palliative Team of the South Westmeath Hospice, Athlone. Deeply regretted by his fellow Marist Brothers, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, past pupils and a wide circle of friends. Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina (tomorrow) Sunday evening from 5.00pm with removal at 6.30pm to St. Patrick's Church arriving at 7.00.pm . Mass of the Resurrection on Monday morning at 11.00.am with burial afterwards in Cornamagh Cemetery, Athlone arriving at 3.00pm approx. House private please. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Palliative Care.Rest in Peace.
