FLANAGAN - Edmond (Teddy), (St. Anne's, Elphin St. Strokestown, Co. Roscommon) August 19 2025. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the devoted care of the staff of Mullingar Regional Hospital. Cherished husband of Eileen, much loved father of Gemma and Anita, father-in-law of David and Kieran and brother of Doris (Kildare). Teddy will be forever missed by his heartbroken wife, daughters, sons-in-law, sister, nephews, nieces, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, relatives, neighbours and his wide circle of friends. Teddy is predeceased by his parents Francis and Mary, his brothers, Fr. Des, Bill & Broddy and his sisters Myra, Sr. Venard and Pauline. Reposing at his home (Eircode: F42C567) on today (Thursday) from 5pm until 8pm. Removal on tomorrow (Friday) to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Strokestown, arriving for Funeral Mass at 3pm. Teddy will be laid to rest afterwards in Strokestown Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired can be made to the Strokestown branch of St. Vincent de Paul.
