GOLDEN Finbarr (Magazine Road, Cork) - Finbarr's family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised, attended the removal or funeral mass, sent Mass cards, floral tributes, letters of sympathy and who supported us in our loss, especially all those who travelled long distances to personally be with us. We would like to give a very special word of thanks to the incredible and caring staff at the Bon Secours Hospital on College Road and of course to all his carers in Marymount who made Dad's last days so comfortable for him. We would also like to thank Dad's excellent neighbours and friends for all the kindness and generosity shown us during this sad time. Finbarr's incredible life influenced many people in many of different ways. As Company Chairman of several Companies, as president of many societies, clubs and charities, he set the standards for others to follow. His generosity touched a lot of people in ways know only to them. The nature of his generosity and kindness was such that he had many friends unknown to us. As it would be impossible for us to thank everyone individually please accept this Acknowledgment as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
