WARD, Peig, (née O’Doherty), July 24, 2021. Late of Ranelagh Dublin and Fanad Co. Donegal. Passed away peacefully in the care of Newpark Care Centre. Predeceased by her husband Pat and her granddaughter Claire. Peig will be sadly missed by her children John, Fiona, Brendan, Tricia, Fergal and Conor, her daughters-in-law Mary and Akemi, son-in-law Diarmuid, her grandchildren Sarah, Joseph, Akira and Hiroki, her sister Maureen and her wide circle of family and friends near and far. May she rest in peace. In line with current guidelines a private family funeral will take place on today (Tuesday) at 11 o’c at the Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood Avenue. For those of you who might have liked to attend Peig’s Funeral Mass, the may can be viewed online on the parish webcam or by selecting this link www.beechwoodparish.com and at 12.45pm on Mount Jerome website by selecting this link www.vimeo.com/event/139693.
