CONLON (Fred) (Tully, Strandhill, Co. Sligo) - Fred's wife Kathleen and family would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who provided such wonderful support and comfort around the difficult time of Fred's illness and untimely death. We wish to extend heartfelt appreciation to all who cared for Fred during his illness. Particularly Mitzie, Sam and Niall. To Fred's G.P. Dr. Siobhán McCormack and to staff at General Hospital Sligo, Beaumont Hospital Dublin and St. Luke's Hospital, Dublin. Sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us, those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters of sympathy, attended the removal of remains and funeral Mass and made donations to the Installation Fund, Education Research Centre, General Hospital, Sligo. Thanks to Fr. Kevin Loftus, P.P. Easkey, the concelebrants and all who contributed to the funeral services, the organist and soloist, the choir who sang so beautifully, and Jack Harte who presented the eulogy. Many thanks to Fred's colleagues in the Institute of Technology, Sligo and to his fellow sculptors and artists for encouragement and inspirational support. Finally we wish to acknowledge the support of work colleagues, of kindly neighbours and friends and in particular the consistent support of special friends and relatives who visited and helped in so many meaningful ways.
