Belated condolences

Margaret, I was writing my 2012 Christmas cards and having got to your dad's name on the list, I realised that I hadn't received the Mass card for my mother which he had sent without fail over the past nine years. Suspecting the reason, I soon came across this notice and since I don't have your address, wanted some way to pass on my sympathies. Leo was a gentleman in every sense of the word and although I only made his acquaintance late in his life, his dignity, warmth and consideration made a deep impression on me. I'm sure this year will be difficult but hope you find comfort in the memories of the many past Christmases you shared with him. Des Columb
