BLENNERHASSETT, Felix (Felicity) (née Rowntree) (Churchtown, Dublin 14) – March 22, 2023, peacefully, in the wonderful and loving care of Glebe House Nursing Home, Kilternan. Beloved wife of the late Johnny and cherished mum of Helen (Binions), Philip and the late Audrey (Byrne). Sadly missed by her sons and daughter-in-law David, Jenny and Peter and her much loved grandchildren Mathew, Andrew, Aoise, Zoe, Emma, Hannah, and Corrie, her sister Sally (Tierney) and by her extended family and friends. Funeral Service on Monday, March 27 at 12.00 noon in Rathfarnham Parish Church, Rathfarnham Village, followed by Committal Service in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W at 1.45pm. Family Flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Parkinson’s Association of Ireland. Safe in the Arms of Jesus

I was sorry to hear of Felix's death; I remember her and her family well from my childhood. Her parents, Julian and Babs Rowntree were among my father and mother's best friends in the 1950s and 1960s.My parents were Willie and Theo Smith.

We remember Felix with great fondness for her energy, commitment and cheerful hard work! She and Jonny were a wonderful hosts and organisers of youth camps for CMS Ireland over many years. May God comfort her family circle. In our prayers, the trustees and staff of CMS Ireland
